  1. Put onions in oil on fire with salt , black pepper then green peppers.
  2. Add the chili pepper, then open the lobes and add them.
  3. Add the minced tomatoes, then the bulgur then add a cup of water on low heat until the bulgur absorbs the water.
  4. Sprinkle the chicken with salt and black pepper and stir in the oil on the fire.
  5. Put the mixture and then cut the chicken and add Turkish cheese on the face.
  6. Cover the mixture with aluminum foil until fully cooked.
